Community Parenting Service

The parenting service offers parents, grandparents, carers the opportunity to enhance their parenting skills.  Parenting is both a rewarding and challenging experience and working out the best way to deal with some of the issues that arise can be frustrating.

So  how can we help???

We can provide you with up to date information on proven parenting strategies for babies, toddlers and teenagers up to 18 years of age.

We can offer support by telling you about useful services in your area.

We can provide workshops, groups upon request.

One on one appointments regarding any parenting issues anytime between 12 noon and 4 pm Monday to Friday

Our free Library Service is very well stocked with subjects that include all of the issues parents tell us they have concerns about.  We continually add new resources . Popular categories include:

Behaviour Management, Child Development, Pregnancy and Child Birth, Separation and Divorce, Disabilities, Education, Food and Nutrition, Communication.

The Library is open 12 noon till 4 pm Monday to Friday...
